Description
Chateau de Ricaud also produces high-quality red wines, under the Bordeaux Superieur and Premieres Cotes de Bordeaux appellations. Winemaking practice was much improved in 2007, including the introduction of pre-fermentation cold maceration and vinifying specific parcels in oak.
The results are astounding: delicate and distinguished wines, fruit-driven in style, with an attractive fullness.
