Description
Inchgower Disitllery lies near the mouth of the River Spey, by the coastal town of Buckie. The majority of production goes into Bells, Johnny Walker and White Horse blends.
TASTING NOTE
Colour: Gold.
WITHOUT WATER
:Nose: Fragrant and very floral with a delicate sweetness.
Palate: Spicy - hint of ground pepper and a very subtle peppermint influence.
WITH WATER
:Nose: Prominent wood and malty notes with more delicate vanilla and fruity notes also.
Palate: More mellow with a heavy influence of sweet creamy caramel.
Body: Light.
Finish: Short and mouth warming.
