Description
Caol Ila has remained almost a secret Islay malt. The Name is pronouced 'cull-eela', gaelic for 'sound of Islay'. The distillery is located in a cove near Port Askaig.

Nose: Sweet and fresh with a delicate smoke.
Palate: Mouth warming, sweet and creamy.
Body:Light
Finish: Lingering.
