A sleeping giant of a distillery to often overlooked for its noisy peaty neighbours
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Gold
Nose: Huge almonds, quite sweet, milky bars, lemon meringue pie and a touch of beetroot! With time it become more zesty
Taste: Honey, heather, soft lavender. Soft lemons edges with apples , toffee and golden syrup. Faint traces of coastal air, pebble beaches
Finish: Finished with a touch of aniseed, black pepper seed and honeycombs
Comment: A nutty, dry and crispy whisky
