Age All persons ordering from this site must be 18 years of age or older.

Bottle size all bottles are 70cl for spirits and 75cl for wines unless stated otherwise.

Prices including vat @17.5%. we reserve the right to alter of change the prices within this site without prior notice, if an error has occured.
Where an item is displayed at £0.00 this is because we are out of stock, or if requested you need to telephone for a price.

Our company name is CONSTANTINE STORES LTD and this will show on your credit card statement.

Despatch & Delivery all goods will be despatch within 3 days,(except weekends and bank holidays) subject to availability, in this case we would re-adivise a new delivery date.
Goods despatch in the UK will be delivered by 48hour delivery(except over weekends).
Goods for Europe 3-7days (depending on location)
Goods are sent via a third party carrier and their terms and conditions apply.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Goods must be checked at time of delivery and any loss or breakage must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery.
Damaged goods not noted at the time of delivery will be expemt from compensation.
Please also contact Constantine Stores Ltd within 24 hours to report this.
If goods are damaged/broken will either give a full refund for the broken goods or arrange for another one to be sent out to you.
Refunds will be made within 28 days.

Insurance All goods sent within the UK will be insured. Goods sent outside this area will be sent at the purchasers responsibility. Although all goods are packaged with the upmost care.
