Aromas: This wine is a ripe, full-bodied Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that displays lifted passionfruit and grapefruit aromas, with overlaying mineral notes. The passionfruit and flinty characters are indicative of ripe Sauvignon Blanc from the Rapaura Soils. This has been maximized by the winemaker with skin contact and yeast selection.
Palate: The palate displays tropical and passion fruit with background citrus flavors. It is full with great length of palate, a succulent mouth-feel balanced with fresh acidity.
