Solerno is a unique liqueur made in Sicily with blood oranges. The fresh yet intense richness can be savoured with Prosecco, sparkling water or lemon flavoured water or in your favourite cocktail. Presented in a superb bottle which has a citrus press for a punt in the bottom.

1 pts Prosecco
Fresh Raspberries & Lemon
Royal Ruby Punch
6 oz or 2 parts Solerno
3 oz. or 1 part Hendricks Gin
3 oz. or 1 part Lillet Blanc
6 oz. or 2 parts strong, freshly brewed hibiscus tea (important to buy plain hibiscus tea)
1.5 oz. or part fresh squeezed lime juice
1.5 oz. or part vanilla simple syrup
3 oz. or 1 part dry, sparkling white wine
Combine all ingredients except for the sparkling wine in a punch bowl and chill in the refrigerator. 10 minutes before serving, add a large block of ice and the sparkling wine. Garnish with thin wheels of lime and orange and edible flowers.
