Single cask whisky, with separate bottlings of undiluted whisky from each individual cask distilled and matured at the Miyagikyo distillery in Sendai, allows the drinker to enjoy the unique character of each different cask. Born out of the harsh natural environment of northern Japan, Miyagikyo malt is of a different type than that of Yoichi, and is characterized by its opulent nose and exquisite taste. As the volume of production is limited, these products are for sale in Japan only.
