Description
This is our take on a classic Belgian spiced wheat beer, it is brewed to a typically Belgian recipe with a bucketload of spices thrown into the boil and fermented with Belgian yeast.
Named in honour of the intrepid Belgian character Hlne Dutrieu (1877 1961). She was a cycling world champion, stunt cyclist, stunt motorcyclist, automobile racer, stunt driver, pioneer aviator, WW1 wartime ambulance driver, and director of a military hospital.
