Bright clear ruby with hints of purple on the rim. The nose shows elegant cherry, apple, plum, black pepper and vanilla aromas. On the palate the wine shows succulent plum and blackberry flavours, with very soft tannins, great balance and good length. A very appealing and moreish wine.
:Manually harvested from vineyards between 280 and 350 metres above sea level. Destemmed, crushed and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel, then racked, pressed and then aged for 12 months in French Allier barrels before bottling.
