The grapes for this wine were hand harvested from our vineyards in Marlborough. Fermentation on skins was conducted in closed stainless steel tanks with pump-overs. Pre and post ferment maceration, as well as partial barrel fermentation was undertaken to build complexity.
This Pinot Noir is of a lighter style with more elegance. Dark berry fruits, violets and mocha chocolate. It has attractive tannins, good weight and length with an excellent structure.
