Our Vodka is something oh so special, simply because it is deliciously enlivening sipping. Smooth and creamy even at room temperature! But truly at its star-occluding brilliance when straight from the freezer served in frozen glasses. As you will know its difficult enough to control a few variables let alone many on a large-scale. For us tiny is optimum. The right choice of sugar from the mighty beet, water and yeast and that is it. It could not be a purer, more monastic beginning. Then we let our precision dance with Fanny (our 200 litre still) begin. So many vodkas claim tripled distilled this and quadruple filtered that. When conditions are spot on, once is enough and once is perfect. When we were sculpting English Spirit we spent a lot of time cutting our vodka, deciding what strength was right. We could not avoid 54% ABV it was organoleptic heaven.
