I am just writing to compliment you on the great service I have received on the above order.

I was delighted when I found your website last week when searching google for a supplier of some decent German wine. However, there were no pictures of the wine labels, I wanted to make sure I was not ordering the newer style of dry German wine, which I do not like. I therefore telephoned last Saturday morning and spoke to a gentleman who said his nephew was at that moment taking pictures of the labels and would be added soon. Imagine my delight therefore when just two hours later they were all available on-line, just great service, and my compliments to your nephew for such clear photography, after having searched many wine merchants websites only last weekend, I can say they are the best pictures I have seen, in that you can clearly read the whole of the label. A great website all round.

So my wine order duly arrived as expected on Wednesday morning, well packed, all in order. I tried my first bottle last night, wonderful! So much better than the dreadful cheap stuff that is all you can find in the supermarkets these days.

I heard a knock at the door this cold and frosty morning and to my amazement my wine order had arrived.
