Description
New Zealands most successful variety made famous by the distinctive wines of Marlborough and Martinborough.
Our philosophy of low intervention winemaking deliberately conserves the true character of the grape whilst exposing the textural elements which are more evocative of the site.
Our single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc wines provide a fascinating insight into these site derived differences.
Very pale straw with green hues. Rich, ripe aromatics of nectarine, feijoa, spice and floral notes which are powerful, fresh and complex. The palate is densely packed with stone fruit, lime, grapefruit and mineral characters.
Richly textured with an incredibly long and powerful, yet crisp and clean finish.
