A soft palate, with flavour notes of clove and vanilla, accenting a sweet maltiness and subtle fruit character. Its medium weight, with a long finish echoing hints of vanilla and clove.
- SUMMARY - Review by whisky apprentice - Newlyn, Cornwall
Fungal notes, green fruits, cereal.
Mellow oaky - vanilla sweetness, horlicks, bees wax, some citrus like sharpness.
Light tallowy dryness to finish
Impressive considering its a blend of three malts. The Clynelish realy came through on the first whiff.
