We slowly cook Herefordshire Rhubarb and then marinade it with our award winning Chase Vodka in our beautiful copper pot still, It is then distilled a fourth time to infuse all the flavour together. More rhubarb is then macerated and filtered to leave a delicate pink colour. A natural scent of rhubarb and custard with the subtle sweetness of rhubarb on the palate.
This is the first batch of a limited run of just 2000 bottles produced.
