The Brut Ros uses the base blend as the Brut.
The three grape varieties are selected in proportions which may vary year to year: Pinot Noir (35 to 40%) for its strength and character, Pinot Meunier (35 to 40%) for its fruit and subtlety and Chardonnay (22 to 25%) for its finesse and elegance.
The Ros colour is obtained by adding 14% to 16% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims, which has been vinified as a red wine.
Pale salmon coloured, beautiful pearly bubbles, fine mousse.
Intense fresh fruit aromas especially of cherry, with mineral and toasted characteristics.
A powerful, full-bodied wine yet surprisingly silky because of its maturity, with flavours reminiscent of crystallised fruit
