A lifted wine with vibrant tropical fruit aromas and a palate that shows subtle pear flavours with a touch of citrus giving the wine mid-palate complexity. It complimented by a soft acid structure and a lingering finish that will please most palates - a delightfully fresh wine.
The Verdelho is made using only free run juice, and minimal skin contact prior to ferment. This has given expression to primary fruit characters. There is a combination of several fermentation parcels picked at varying ripeness levels providing added depth and complexity to the flavour profile. No oak was used in the production of this wine.
