Douglas Laing Bottling of Ben Nevis under the Old Malt Cask label, distilled in October 1996 and bottled October 2012 at 50% vol. 1 of 512 bottles only from a sherry butt.
Taste: Nose is big and fruity, aromatic and sweet with honey and spice. The palate is attractively sweet, both fruity and fudgy with late barley and smoke. The finish carries a spicy grist, warming camphor and more soft honey.
